Chat-first inbox
Every thread reads like a conversation. Reply in a tap, send images and files inline, and leave the quoted-reply staircase behind. New mail lands in the chat the moment it arrives.
For everyone tired of boring email.
Finally, email feels like conversation,
as it was supposed to be.
Emails are official, but they don’t have to be boring. MailZ turns every inbox into a chat and tells you each morning what actually matters.
Works with Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and any IMAP mailbox. Installs on your phone like an app.

Inbox zero was never the goal. Talking to people is. So we turned email into conversations, and put everything you need right at your fingertips.
What you get
Everything in one place,
nothing in the way.
Every inbox, one place
Connect Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP account and switch between them from the side menu.
Today's Kickoff
Wake up to one calm page: what needs you, what is waiting on a reply, your bookings and your day's calendar.
AI, when you want it
Draft a reply, change its tone, translate it or summarise a long thread. It works in the background and never gets in your way.
Private by design
Your mailbox details and data are encrypted at rest. Remote images stay blocked until you allow them, and there are no ads and no trackers.
On every screen
Add it to your home screen and it feels like an app on your phone, tablet and desktop, shaped to fit each one.
